Some people really don’t pick up social animal queues well. I used to walk past an alpaca farm on my way to work awhile ago. If they don’t like you, then you need to pick up on those queues. If you approach them, give them a good reason to approach you (Give them food and water and be gentle and kind and respect their space). If you keep pushing, of course they’ll snot all over you. I was always kind and gentle and they were very kind with me as well. But I had to earn their trust.
